applylane

Get your job applications in a row.

Track every application from saved to offer, without the spreadsheet.

Applylane puts your whole job search on one board. An AI reads your job pages and confirmation emails and fills in each application for you — company, role, pay, status — then reminds you what's next and shows which applications get replies.

Free, with unlimited applications. No card needed.

Insights

Most trackers are a list. This one does the math.

A spreadsheet just holds your applications. Applylane reads them: which job titles actually hear back, where you stall, which resume does better, and how many go quiet. So you can stop guessing and spend your time on what works.

  • • Reply rate by job title, ignoring levels like Senior or II
  • • Where rejections happen, stage by stage
  • • Your whole search as a flow chart, from applied to offer

It fills itself in

Three ways in. No copying and pasting.

✓Quack! On your Wishlist

Save from any job page

The Chrome extension puts a little duck on LinkedIn, Indeed, Greenhouse, Workday and 20+ other job sites (and company career pages, if you turn it on). One click adds the job to your Wishlist with its title, location and pay. Apply, and it moves to Applied by itself. Applied some other way? Press “I applied” on the job page.

Forward confirmation emails

Every account gets a private address. Forward your “Thanks for applying” emails, or set a Gmail filter once and forget it. An AI reads each one: a new application goes straight onto your board, and a rejection or interview invite waits for your OK.

Paste a link

Found a job somewhere else? Paste its link and Applylane reads the company, title, location, pay and the full description for you. On Android, add Applylane to your home screen and share jobs to it from any app. Or import the spreadsheet you've been keeping.

Stay on top of it

Never lose track of what's next.

Next steps and dates

Add “Recruiter call Tue 2pm” to a card and it shows on the board until it's done.

Interviews and contacts

Keep each interview, the recruiter's details and your notes on how it went with the application.

Follow-ups

Applylane points out applications that have gone quiet, so you know when to nudge.

How long it's been

Every card says how long it's sat in its stage (“9d in Interview”) and keeps its whole history, from the day you added it.

Rejections, kept small

Rejected jobs fold into a tidy row under the board, each noting how far you got. Useful later, out of the way now.

The good news

When an offer lands, the ducks throw a little party. You've earned it.

Your data

Private by default.

Only you can see your board. Applications, notes and resumes are private to your account.

No ads, nothing sold. Emails are read only to find your applications, and aren't kept.

Leave whenever you like. Export your applications to CSV, or delete your account and all of it goes. Privacy policy

Questions

Good to know.

Is Applylane free?

Yes. Your board with unlimited applications, the browser extension, email forwarding, insights on your search, resume match and filling in a job from its link are all free. Features that use AI have a daily allowance per person, so the app stays free and fast for everyone.

Do I need an account?

To keep a board, yes: sign up with your email or with Google. The browser extension uses the same free account, so it knows which board to save jobs to. To look around first, try the demo board with no sign-up.

Where is my data stored?

In Applylane's cloud database (Lovable Cloud, built on Supabase), private to your account. Forwarded emails are read only to find your applications and aren't kept. Export your applications to CSV or delete your account at any time. The privacy policy has the details.

Which job sites and browsers does the extension work on?

LinkedIn, Indeed, Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, Ashby and 20+ other job sites, plus company career pages if you turn that on. Get it from the Chrome Web Store (it works in Edge and Brave too) or Firefox Add-ons.

Can I import the spreadsheet I've been keeping?

Yes. Use Import on your board and upload a .csv or Excel .xlsx file. You match its columns to Applylane's once, and each row becomes a card. Starting from scratch? The free spreadsheet template imports as it is.

Does Applylane apply to jobs for me?

No. It keeps track of the jobs you apply to. The extension never fills in or submits applications.
